About OSLON - X
We design and manufacture personal protection equipment, various weaponry upgrades and components, aviation and land-based hardware parts, molds and plastic parts for multiple designation. The entity has been established in 1996 based on the Infrastructure of former Technical Services Department of the Association of the People with the Limited Possibilities cooperatives in Lublin. Currently our production occupies area of 2000 m2 with different types of machinery including CNC machines, plastic injection molding machines, thermal presses and CNC routers utilized in multi profile production.

Departments
OSLON operates three specialized divisions to ensure precision, reliability, and technical excellence across all production stages.
CNC Department
We deliver CNC machined parts with tight tolerances, verified quality, and consistent lead times. We produce functional components—taking a prototype to production—that fit into weaponry, aviation and land-based hardware systems.
As a part of the subtractive manufacturing process, the material is removed from solid metal or plastic stock using computer numerical control (CNC). Toolpaths are generated from different digital files, based on our needs and used to cut parts to exact specifications. CNC machining includes milling, turning, drilling and surface finishing processes.
Based on our expertise in weaponry engineering we are developing only tailor-made production solutions in combination with CNC machining capabilities, custom tooling, and automation to meet the rising demands of our clients and maintain repeatability across prototype and production runs.
Ballistic Protection Department
Our production department of ballistic protection systems and other bulletproof equipment is using advanced production equipment and skilled technology to focus on the production of various types of body armor. We are producing ballistic panels and plates of NIJ protection levels IIIA, III, IV and IV multi shot. Designed to meet our clients challenging needs we provide swift solutions in various combination of advance materials, curvature, weight, protection level, size, and shape. Every tailor-made design is thoroughly checked and verified through intensive ballistic testing to guarantee the compliance with complex safety requirements.
Plastic Molding Department
We produce injection molded parts for different industries including weaponry. We provide hard and soft tooling for production or prototype injection molding and world-class design optimization service. We are taking on high complexity injection molding projects, from prototyping to production.
We support high-volume injection molding with tight production schedule requirements, that align with our client’s needs. We seamlessly handle challenging projects with complex requirements, be it complex part geometry, specialist materials, extremely tight tolerances, or specialist finishing. We utilize latest injection molding technologies to deliver quality and quantity fast.
